Bad news Woody. My condo's main office shot me an email today and told me my hot water heater's leaking all over the laundry room and that I need to do something ASAP before it causes any damage to the floor. Already got someone coming Friday between 9-1.
Can we postpone to another Friday?

The only people who drive in DC are bus drivers, cops and people who don't give a **** about their cars. Which one are you?
Me and Woody are already down here so he'll probably meet us there and I'm a few stops down on the metro. It's easier to catch metro, just remember you'll need a Smart Card to exit the station, not the paper one.

Alright I am down for hooters. Why do I need a smartcard? Can I get one at the metro statioon? What time/what stop etc.

Sorry we had a late staff meeting and I'm on a conference call right now. I sent you a text just now about tomorrow. To be safe, get a smart card to exit a metro parking facility if you drive. Get off at Gallery Place China Town. I can meet you at the stop and walk down if you want.
