Autobody shops in the No. Va
I heard some good reviews about D&V autobody but is there anything else? I like doing price comparisons and its always good to know of a few different shops. I live ffx county. My 350z is 07, solar orange
Work:
-One roof painted black
-Windows tinted down to va legal

Will do man. Im not sure I like their prices tho. I have a 2007 350z and here is what they wanted:
Tint all windows down to VA Legal: $345 to $400
Wrap top in black glossy vinyl: $437.50
Thats alot for something that shouldnt cost all that much. I got a quote from this national vendor for all that for $245. Now i know D&V has a great rep, but thats a big diff in price. ill call around more shops and post my results
edit:
-DarCars in FFX said that they dont do wraps or tints
-Called a vinyl graphics place, for a 4ft by 4ft estimate (the size of my roof offhand), it would be $800. wow, the hell with those places.
-D&V called me back, quote me the above. Will call around to other tinting shops

Same with the vinyl imo. Should be closer to $300-$350.

ha! ok, ill get them to match the price or they arent touching the car.
hows the price on the vinyl?
------------
I just talked to National Window Tint, they are based in Chantilly. They offered $190 for the tint and $70 for the top. Has anyone heard of them?

Never heard of them.
I get my tint done in MD at a shop called Fresh Designs (I would've charged $160 retail) or I do it myself. My vinyl guy is now in FL (Redline Design) and I wait and make appointments with him when he comes back in town to visit. He's the shiz when it comes to vinyl.

hahah thats hilarious. i called up fresh design today and thats exactly what he said.
he also said that hes never heard of a wrap lasting more then 2 years. Several sites online say wraps shouldnt last less then 5 if they are taken care of properly.
hmmm, more reading is needed
