Go Pro HD motosports camcorder w/2yr Warranty

I decided to part with my Go Pro HD motosports 5MP camcorder. I bought this thing new from overstock dot com on 1/2/2011 for $286.89 with a 2 yrs warranty that is transferable. Im including a tripod mount that I bought seperately and thats never been used. I only used the camera 2 times. Along with the packaging, Ive printed copies of the invoice and a warranty of the 2yr contract that started Jan. 2, 2011 for the buyers future reference.
Im asking for at least 265 shipped. Thanx for viewing.
