Whoops, I see you are already listed on this list. Pretty quick Altima you have there. I see your timeslip was not included, can you post your timeslip so we can see your whole track time/mph? Jim

Here u go Jim.......I'm goin to Sacremanto Raceway wensday night. Tomorrow I'm installin a UDP, stillen y pipe..so i think my times will drop some, maybe .2-.3 tenths
I also have my Brothers M&H racemaster slicks, and bogart dragonfly rims, that he has on his 11 second FWD talon, so i may try those...if they fit, With that i think i would hit a 1.9 60 ft, and drop my et around .4-.5 tenths...
It would be nice to see some Z cars out there

It's powered by these crazy hamsters....j/k.i don't know why its so quick, when i first posted my times, people were trippen. But that night i ran 2 13.80's and 3 13.90's.so the car is quick for sure.
I had less then $300 invested when i hit those 13.80's..
It must a combo of a good car/ decent driver..along with the right mods.
Ewood also has a intake/exhuast and hes runnin 14.1@99 mph in his Altima
Oh and stock its rated @ 245 hp.

If what he's saying is true, then why aren't more Z's hitting low 13's? It should defenitely be possible, I mean RWD, 42 more horses. If he can do 13.8 in a FWD sedan, then we should be seeing some Z's do mid 13's, right?

One word.... SLICKS.
Those make all the difference at a drag strip. All the power in the world won't make you faster if you can't get any traction.

Yea ur right, but first i'm gonna try to fit those bogart rims/M&H 91/2 " wide slicks on. With that setup i should hit a 1.9 60 ft....seeing since i've already been able to get a 2.17 60ft from the stock tires....that woulda been a 13.70's pass for sure, but i missed a 3rd gear badly, so i ran a 14.2.
Traction is the key
BTW nice times in ur CL

Yea its all true, but y other cars aren't runnin those numbers i don't know, maybe like Jim said i have a "factory freak"....i know that my cars is light however, that may help, it weighed 3005#'s plus driver last time i ran it. I'm sure u'll see Z cars in the low to mid 13's soon.

i thought i read you removed the interior...? and those 9/12 in slicks are gonna slow you down mark my words...too much traction too much rotational mass...slicks are heavier than radials...then add how wide they are....rotational mass is the enemy....I've done 10+ passes with 2.0 60's(street tires toyo T1-S 235/45/17) my car is 3750 lbs. with driver....FWD,one wheel drive,auto...if i can, you can

Did you remove the back seats? The curb weight of the Altima is around 3225#. But anyway, those are some nice numbers.

That was also with a pretty bad 2.4 60ft time. He could've definitely gotten into the mid 13s with at least a better 60ft time.

Default Whaaaat?

You missed 3rd gear "badly" and still turned a 14.2???? Ahem, that is nothing short of incredible. I ran a 2.106 60' with no missed shift (5AT) and still only ran 14.102 in my Z.... You better quit running that car at the strip and do some serious heads up runnin' for money on the street if you are that quick in a 4 door sedan w/fwd BTW, what altitude were those runs at? Jim
