Doubt I'm going to make it this weekend though cause I have the Cobra at Ford having a few things looked at (hey, it's under waranty...I'm going to take advantage of it...lol.)

ok, Talladega Grand Prix Raceway, 0830 saturday the 29th, and bring an SA-95 (no motorcycle helmets) or better helmet and $200 reg. fee!

Hmmmm...I feel like I'm really getting screwed then cause mine should be even shorter then 14 seconds...lol.

 

As for a track I have no problem at all strapping on the Yokos and sprinting around a track. That is what I did for 5+ years before I got my TA. I did all kinds of SCCA races. Did you see the test they did with the 03 Cobra and the 350Z? I think it was on road and track last Sunday morning. It seems the 350Z only beat the Cobra in a lap by a few seconds? Look at my sig for suspension mods as well. Yes, I can admit that a stock TA doesn't handle that well, and a 350Z would hand it its ***, but mine is no where near stock. The 1/4 miles is much cheaper anyway. To each car its own.

Where did you see that test...I would love to see that.
I would think it would have been even closer...but would love to read/see it either way.

 

I know it was on one Sunday around lunchtime. It had a 350Z a Cobra and some new RX8 I believe. They were all very close at the track, but when it comes to power the Cobra was way in the lead. Road and Track did the article, well it could have been Car and Driver, I will have to think about it, so maybe it is in one of there magazines. If I find it I will let you know.
