Default I need to launch better....How do I do a burnout...(MT newbie)

sorry for the dumb question....My best run so far is a 14.112 @ 101...i think i can break 13's, because i'm pretty sure i spun all the way through first...next time i go back i'm gonna drop tire pressure to like 25-28psi...i wanna do a burnout so i can get traction...how should go about doing this? I don't know how to, and just learned stick towards beginning of summer, here's my theory, please correct me if i'm wrong:

TO GET THE BURNOUT GOING, AND KEEP SPINNING:
1. Drop the clutch at like 4 grand
2. Keep the accelerator floored
3. Press the brake as soon as i release the clutch
4. Hold both the accelerator + brake down

TO STOP:
1. Let go of the brake
2. Press the clutch
3. Let of accrelerator

p.s. i got 3 runs, 14.3, 14.2, 14.1, i think my times got better as my tires started heating up....I spin A LOT, all the time....

Back into the burnout box, rev to whatever will get your tires to spin take your foot off the clutch fast and hit the brake but don't jam the brake and rev the rpms up and down from 4K to 5K to 4K...if you jam the brake you could be doing a job on your clutch with the rears locked up...also do this with DR's not street tires

If you are on stock tires or any type of street tire just do a quick rev up and clutch jump to warm up the tires and clear the dirt off the tire. Not need to do a long burnout.
