I was at the drag strip today and all day i can't seem to catch traction at all! So what size rims and slicks are all of you using here? Would you let me know please. I am going to spray 100 shot of Nitrous in a few week at the track and want to buy the slick asap. thanks.

 

I have a Track using 16" Weld Pro Stars ( they fit over Brembo's) with 26 by 11.5 MT ET Streets. Best 60 ft = 1.64 .

 

i want to get some too. where did you get them and how much.

 

I am selling mine. 10.5 inches. you don't even need 9 inches. guys run 9's on 9 inch slicks. these fit a 16X8 inch rim and have about 5 passes down the track. they have about 100 left. new they were 175 each. i want 75 each plus shipping.

The price is without rims. I have some rims but they fit a Chevy. I will sell them for 50 dollars for the pair. The wheels don't fit a Z.

 

So the slick tires would fit on a 16x8 size rim then??
