new to forum
sup. I'm new here and i don't have a z yet. matter a fact, i dont have a car yet. What I'm planning to do is to learn all i can about moding so that i'll be ready when it's time for me to drive. so my first question is: how did everyone here learn everything they know about cars? I mean learning ratios, engine names, what each part of the car do and where it is. How did y'all find all this out? Thanx
I began learning about cars in 1968 when I bought my first car: a Corvair. The Corvair used 1 quart of oil every 500 miles. So my first car question was “Where the hell is all this oil going?”

Read, read, listen, and then read some more. Then, when you think you know what to do, try to do it yourself. Then you will realize that what you read only covers a small portion of the info. Most of my knowledge has come from hands on experience, don't be afraid to tear into a project.
Hey, what's up. Before you plan of modifying your Z, get use to it first. In my opinion, the stock Z is fast enough for beginneers. Get use ot driving it around and only then think about mods....Just my .02 Cents!
