Default Just bought my new 2003 Z

Hey all. This is my second Z. I still own a 1986 Z which I've done extensive mechanical and cosmetic work too, however I don't drive it all that often.

Can someone suggest to me what I should do since this is a new purchase still under warranty. I didn't purchase it from a Nissan dealer but there is still life on the manufacture warranty and I would like to be able to use it if need be. Also, the new car is stock with the exception of a body kit, air filter, and some remnants of a stereo system; would that void the warranty?

I'll try to post picture of both cars later.
Thanks.

Nope... i believe the only things that dont void warranty are the Nismo intake and i believe exhaust im not 100 % sure on the exhaust. But every other mod voids the warranty. If you but the intake and exhaust they have to be nismo. You could also get a grounding kit, and plenum i always went to the dealership when i was N/A and they never noticed my mods!

not quite, you can mod all you want in theory. They have to PROVE WITHOUT A DOUBT that the aftermarket part was the cause, otherwise they must approve the warranty work. As in, ur intake messed up your suspension or something like that.
