Yes I'm just jealous. I will be buying an '06 in 4-6 months and I'm debating what color to get. Silver cars are everywhere but the silver alloy does look good in the flesh, err um sheet metal and is really easy to maintain.

My goal this weekend is to find a Daytona blue someplace because I don't think I have ever seen one up close before and it's been a long time since I have seen a redine in daylight as well.

They all have 300HP anyway, at least the sticks do.

Looks fantastic.

I've been debating whether to get tint or not on my beast. Wondering if that level of tint is too dark for night riding or if it messes with the electronics in any way.

 

Your car looks great, I was also thinking about tinting my windows. I am scared that the blind spots will become worst if I tint the car.

Nah it won't be too dark. I have no problems seeing out of it at night. Any darker though would be difficult.

Tint looks great. What % (level) tint did you go with?

 

20% in the rear and 35% for the fronts.

Get silver easier to keep clean, but black does look very good on a Z

 

The tint in the front looks darker than 35%. It looks great though.

 

Probably going with 35% ceramic tint tomorrow. I'm debating if I should put a 4" strip on the front windshield though. Last weekend a tinter told me the strip on the front is out of the '80's.

 

He is right. I think those darker strips are very tacky. Reminds me of a riced out honda civic.
