I will not be to hard on him. I just embarass him. Humility is the best punishment.

Something is fishy here? I think Team Braveheart is walking into a trap. After all anyone can join the forums and post a simulated story?!

Wow...I am stunned...and laughing my butt off at the same time. This has got to be the most interesting thread here, primarily 'coz I've never come across anything like this; on here or on non-Z forums.

And you are absolutely right sir; humiliation is the best punishment...be it in the "real" world or the wild cyber yonder.

If this kid turns out to be half the man that his father appears to be then he'll be allright. Why would he go through all that trouble to tell so many lies when it appears he has a good life?

So did anyone notice that if you go back to the original thread that was started...https://my350z.com/forum/new-owners/190634-hi-proud-new-owner-of-350z-graduation-present.html
the original poster, Valedictorian06 has now become goodOle'Dad?
But damn, if this is true, an 18 y/o kid still having everything he does on the computer monitored? That's sad...

EDIT:: NVM i just found the thread where he asked to have the name changed...

im guessing its not that its being monitored, its that he registered with his dad's email addie. so when he posts and there is a reply there is an email sent out to the email address, which in turn his dad sees and is like ehhh? and checks its out of curiosity. im guessing this is what happened.

Reminds me of the time AOL sent a chatroom transcript to my dad because I was being "abusive towards other members."

I was 17 and it was pretty embarrassing to say the least.

okay, i know that if you change anything in your options(avatars, signature) it will change it on every post you have made.....now why in the heck would he come back on as his dad and post that....in reading the post it seems sincere and after reading the kids post we can all tell that BS...not sure but my gut tells me the dad stood up for his over zealous kid....and then a part of me is like WTF!!!!!, why even do that....okay, dad is that cool, i hope he gets a Z one day.......
