Just sort of looking around. I test drove a Z for the first time and loved it. I am trying to get rid of my 06 Charger, and I had been wanting to get a 99-01 Boxster. Prices seem to be the around the same around here for an 03-04 model Z.

Some history, I hate my Charger. I have an 86 Porsche 944 Turbo that I have modded to hell and back. It's super fast, and I have to say, vs an unmodded Z, is faster. However, the Z is still an awesome car, and am still trying to decide between the Z and the Boxster. Hopefully soon I will find the right one of either!

 

Welcome. Why didnt you test drive the Z before you bought the Charger?

 

Because at the time I wasn't even considering it. I was working at a Dodge dealership. Financing was easier, lots of factors.

 

I say go with the newer car for obviouse reasons. Plus, the boxter, not to bash, is on the low end of the Porsche spectrum. Not that its not an ok looking car, but I would have to say that the Z has more sex appeal. Plus, its a Z.
