Wow loads, Heathrow is one of the buisiest and biggest airport in the world, it has trains running from the airport straight into the city. With ten hours I suggest you get on a train to Knightsbridge and check out Harrods shopping, over here its the Mecca place for fashion clothes European style which will give you the edge in the States.

Or if thats not your scene go Londonbridge trainstation which will bring you out on Tulip Street where the london Dungeons are costs about £12 entry but alot of fun
