Default convertible

Hey guys I just purchased a 05 convertible.I don't have the owner's manual.Can somone teach me how to open and close the softtop?When I just started the car,for some reason when I press the button,it won't open or close.

Very simple:
Put your foot on the brake
Unlatch the top (in the center)
Hold the open button

The brake is probably what you were missing. The brake has to be pressed down even if you are in park.

the tops on the ZR's have been known 2 not operate correctly in extreme temp's, very cold, or very hot, there has been issues w/ it opening and closing....so keep this in mind as well if u r doing everything correctly 2 open or close it
