I've wanted this car for 6 years
Beautiful car man....I love Daytona Blue.
I personally have a super black 05 35th Anniversary Edition 350z.
The 35th only comes in Yellow, Super black, and Carbon silver
These are some of the stuff that should come with it
18'' 5 spoke wheels
DVD Navigation
2-tone (Tan/Black) leather seats (unless it's yellow)
"35th" floor mats
Brembo brakes
Rev-up engine (7k rpm redline)
Bronze colored Z badge on the side
and finally a Nismo Twin Turbo :-D

The guy basically blamed it on the computers that make spec sheets based on the VIN num blah blah, told me he could cancel the deal if I want (yea right).
Bottom line, like I have said, I have wanted this car for 6 years. I was not looking for an Anniversary Edition though it would have been nice. The Touring, after a day of driving it around is amazing.
Regardless of how much people have seen which car where, bottom line is, Kelly Blue Book, which is used by a lot of retail dealerships, prices the car I currently have for retail sell at $25,460 and private at $22,000 with the included options. Thats not included all the warranties / insurance I got with it (and the fact that is was a previously leased 3 years with 5700 miles avg per year), making it <20,000 miles right now
I do not feel at all like I over-payed. The car is in practically new conditions, you wouldn't know it was used if there was not an odometer.
I like the car as much as I would have if it were an Anniversary Edition, plus whats another couple thousand for some nice wheels ?

LOL, this guy got ripped off, and the dealer even offered to cancelled the deal to help him, and he still rather get ripped off. Here's an idea for you, since you love the car so much, why don't you cancel the deal and get yourself an 07 Daytona Blue? Honestly, since you're getting used, I don't see why you want to be stuck with an older used vs. a newer used? This is not the last Z in the world... never be impulsive about buying a car, there are always a better priced, lower milage Z somewhere else. Do your homework before walking into a dealership. If you're planning on modding your Z, please do the homework on this forum... With the next generation Z car coming out soon, if you really wanted a Z and was patient enough, you should be able to get the 07 and 08s at an even better price likely within the next 6 months. Like others said, it's your car and your money, if you're happy with it, that's all it matters.

One thing with your Daytona Blue, it's a discontinued colour, so that in it's self makes it a bit special.

I am looking into wheels, and already bought the Z floormats. I do not understand what offset means, and wanted to know if anyone knew if 19" wheels will fit on the tires I currently have (stock '05 AT touring tires)?

As I said before the Auto 2005 Touring Coupe 350z with 19,000 miles on it goes for about $25,325 retail and $22,120 private on Kelly Blue Book. This is where most private and retailers get their prices from. I spent 24k and got a certified and wrap around(electrical) warranty AND gap coverage with it for 100,000 miles or until 2011. I would much rather spend an extra $2000 and be covered for 3 years than buy it for 7 to 8k less and have a problem 2 years down the road.
Ripped off is in the eye of the beholder, I didn't get ripped off.
Here is some evidence, autotrader search - used 350z 2005 coupe
Someone PLEASE find me a leather power seat 2005 Touring 350z with a 3 year, 100,000 warranty, and less than 20k miles for under 24k. goodluck

Actually most retailers laugh at kbb. They DO NOT use kbb as their pricing guide. They use NADA or the BLACK BOOK they call it.
KBB has always been high on prices.
Good for you, I have been searching for a friend for a used 350z, and they all are 13k-21k depending on options and 2003-2005. You again paid way too much.
A real anniversary Edition here (overpriced)

Here, a touring......2005, $16k

Oh wow a 2006 Touring, 6mt, mint, $20,990

Another 2005 Anniversary Yellow $21,990 (a bit high)
