you post pics, you're gonna get opinions on your Z good and bad. unfortunately, you posted pics on a site full of Z enthusiasts who are knowledgeable about our cars. a person with a trained eye could tell you that the offsets on your wheels are horrible and that the 4x4 looking stance only accentuates the bad offsets. not only that, billet grilles need to stay on trucks. you've done the 350z rookie mistake of ebaying your car to death. i smell cheap when i see pics of you car. you would have been better served using the money you spent on the billet grille for a set of lowering springs. if you didnt want to drop a lot of money on wheels you could have at least bought some Rota wheels with the proper offsets. sounds like you just want everyone to throw praise at your Z and not judge it subjectively. but hey, if you are happy with it.. thats all that matters.

Don't feel bad Mick. This sight is all about making your Z look unique....as long as it looks like everyone else's. Must have something to do with Louisville! (I live in Clarksville, work in Louis). I have committed the greatest of sins in that I have chrome wheels and my car doesn't drag the ground when I drive it. I guess we Midwestern/Southern guys are the only ones that drive our cars daily. Perfect color by-the-way!

Wrong. Check out his album. If he's a teen, I DO NOT want to run into him when he's an adult. Big feller.

Hey Aussie,

I can tell you that this forum does have a highly opinionated community. I'm apart of 7 forums that I check daily and receive constructive feedback on all of them besides here. Basically what I've learned is to not start thread unless your prepared to wear a flame suit. I suggest posting in your region's sub-forum I seem to receive much better responses from local Z owners as opposed to the entire my350z.com community. Here is a perfect example of the information we receive from our fellow Z brothas:

Mick, don't even sweat it. Your ride looks just fine and if you like it, who really gives a **** what anyone else thinks - especially some tools on the internet (guess I just lumped myself right in that group - lol). I think there are probably a fair number of trolls out there who just throw their 2 cents out and don't even have a Z, or don't have the ***** to create a photo album for fear of getting flamed themselves - so it goes, no big deal.

By the way how is Louisville these days? I lived in Middletown years ago and hung-out on Lake Nolin alot - sure miss that place.

Its not a bad looking Z man here is what you need tho...

1. Spacers I'd say 10mm or so, that way your wheels sit more flush.
2. Springs or coilovers to lower the car trust me it will look 100 times better.
3. Take the grill off... Sell it and buy a lip for the front bumper.

hey mick,

I saw some of those comments about your rims. Hey, if you like em' that's all that matters!

I happen to like mine....

And now that I have fixed my camber problems, my wheels are closer to the outside of the fender.

Here’s an idea. Put your energy into helping other members. You don't have to be an ace mechanic to support this forum.

BTW have you found the "ignore" button? Great tool.
