i agree, i think its a base model too considering theres no cruise control

 

you guys might be right...theres lights in the dash for cruise and theres a button on the right of the guages but ive never been able to set it...i thought the primary difference in models are the tire/rim sizes and of course brakes on the track model

 

Base model: No: lsd, xenon light lights, auto dimming mirror, cruise control, traction control.

 

hopefully you werent too bummed out to find there wasnt any cruise control

those tail lights are hidious. that aem short ram must suffer from a lot of heat soak good god what was the point in that mod, they managed to move the air filter closer to the engine

good car for the cost, though.

 

First of all, I didnt put any of the mods on this car nor did i put the "stick on ebay ****" on or the "hideous taillights" i happen to like the taillights though so dont give me **** about my car because thats just it, its MY car...also im only 20 living on my own college student who paid cash for the car without mommy and daddys help so **** OFF...i wasnt asking for anybodys opinion, theres lots of opinion questions on this forum so go **** with them

you post pictures of your car, you will get non sugar coated opinions about the car. you don't have to like them, that's why they are just opinions. I can post a picture of my Z and you can nit pick what you don't like about it, would that make you feel better?

in the end, it is *your* car, and if you like those discusting tail lights then that is all that matters. I will not be the first nor the last to mention their opinion on them, so get used to it.

when someone said they didnt like my wheels or mentioned that I needed spacers and a drop, my anus didn't open up and start dripping blood all over the forum.

I like my car, and agreed with some of the feedback (got spacers installed finally) and it looks better because of the feedback. something to chew on, leakybutt.

 

i realize what youre saying, of course its gonna **** some people off, ive had the car for 6 days and i simply posted pics to show people i HAD a 350z. Now if i would of asked "hey what about the car do you guys hate?" then i would keep my "leakyass" shut

 

you don't have to ask for opinions to get them. we are a bunch of loud mouths.

that being said, don't be discouraged by my *******ry, it's a good forum and there is a good mix of *******s and helpful people, take comments with a grain of salt and your life will be easier.

 

Congrats on your new Z. That's an awesome deal. Even though it's a base model, still a great car. CC is good to have, but I probably remember using it only 4 times in over a year of owning it (used it in the city just to use it). If you don't do a lot of travel, then I don't see why anybody would use it. What you would miss is the TCS and/or VLSD. The stock VLSD is okay, but most can be found on the forum's marketplace.

Also noticed that you are locally. I'm beginning to see more locals on this forum. I hope to see you around.

FYI, too bad we do have some Z owners who are elitist. If you like your car, then keep it the way you like it. I just don't understand why they want to blend in when they can be unique in a good way.
