Purchasing a 350z this week. Need a lil help
You shouldn't have an issue. The red is an 2003 anyways. But the automatic Z's from 2003-2006 all have the same 287HP engine (Non rev-up) so you won't have any oil consumption issues if you got a 2006 auto Z.
I also question whether the red one is on '06. It has the '03-'05 18" wheels.
The black one is the Touring package which I would prefer over the Enthusiast. One word of caution, take the bra off the black one and inspect the bumper cl;osely. The bra could be concealing damage, etc.

There are no '03 Roadsters. The first Roadsters were 2004 models.
Duh, i forgot. I think everyone equates the touring wheels with 2003 for some reason. Even though they were on other years too.
Ok, so it's either a 2004 or a 2005. At least that narrows it down more. But it's DEFINATLY not a 2006+

so I called the dealer about the z that has the wrong year and u guys were absolutely right. it is a 05 and was posted on craigs wrong. I checked there website and they have it right. I told the guy though..i was like..i swore I saw 06 on the carfax. He said nope its an 05 and he even faxed the carfax to me while we were on the phone. so the red z is back in the hunt. haha
and can we stop the arguing like HS kids
any known or common problems for the 06 Nissan 350z convertibles?

Well since it's an auto, you wont have any engine or tranny problems. I don't know a lot about the convertibles, but i think i read somewhere about issues with the top ripping at the seams. But i'd imagine by 20056/06 Nissan would of taken care of that issue by then.
There is a roadster section on here somewhere. I'd post your questions there.
