20" rims with lowering kit

the prices are good but i cant find the offset. i emailed them they gave me a quote for 20x10 and 20x8.5 $1300 shiped to my house.
but the 20x8.5 has like a 1 or 2 inch lip
there 19x9.5 have a 4.5 inch lip but there out of those till later this year so im shooting for 20x10s all the way around but the guy only told me the lip sizes not the offsets even though i asked for the offset.. lip size doesnt matter if the offset is high... i want a low offset.. im going for the flush look im already on the eibach sportlines and once i have the wheels im upgradeing to coilovers but yeah i was hoping someone else had these wheels so i know what the offset is and if the 20x10 will fit in the front.
