If your still interested in this car don't forget the 03 had tire feathering problems and other new car model issues, considering it was the first year made. Look at the inside of the tires and check for wear, which it most likely has and then use the cost of 4 brand new performance tires and an alignment as a way to bring the price down, if your still interested. Anything more than 7.5K for that is sad considering 07-08's with the HR go for around high $14k's and Ive seen 06's as low as $12k.
