ugly wheels, seats and tail lights. Spoiler is manageable but not preferred.
I would be concerned about rear wheel. If its been aligned and is still visibly off the owner may have kissed a curb and bent the rods/suspension.

I agree with Cux about the alignment being off... you should lift the car and check the control arms and some of the other stuff back there. It could be a $300+ fix. It looks nice otherwise. I say remove the spoiler and the ugly-*** chrome rims, and the big Z on the dash. You should make sure the clutch was replaced properly. The 350Z has a loud, clunky clutch, but you should be able to tell if your clutch is OK after you compare it with another Z.
Check all the aftermarket parts to make sure they were installed properly, as well. No loose screws and/or clamps and other simple things.

Welcome. What do you mean did you get ripped off? How?
EDIT: The Z appears to be as listed. There is nothing deceptive here. It is what it is. Looks like the seller is asking a $3,000 premium for the mods. If the Z is worth $13,000 to you go for it.

Serious Opinions w details r much appreciated thank u so much! lookin forward to becoming a long term member w a new 350z soon!
2003 350z couple. It is the enthusiast edition fully stock. It is blue with black interior. 6 speed. Brand new tires with alignment and balancing in June. Currently registered and inspected and used several times per week. It has 75k miles on it. Interior and exterior is in pretty good condition with minor problems that would need to be pointed out to notice.

The blue one is definitely a better one just judging from the listings. I prefer to buy cars that haven't been messed with already.
What I question in regards to the orange one:
1. Synthetic oil changed every 2500 miles. This is probably a lie, since there's no reason to change oil (especially synthetic) that often.
2. 20" rims do not change the alignment. If the overall diameter is changed, the alignment problems will be magnified, but not caused by the 20's. There's an underlying problem with this vehicles alignment.
3. The mods are pretty ricey, with the exception of the Injen intake and exhaust.
4. ricer car=ricer driver. This car has probably been ridden hard and put away wet.
5. Only pay what the blue book value is for the car. Mods do not increase the car's value. Then you can sell the rims, headlight covers, wing, taillights, and billet grill to make some money back.
As for the blue one:
1. Completely stock. This is a good sign of a mature driver that didn't beat up their car.
2. New tires are a good value but may hide alignment problems or the tire feather issue that plagued some 03's.
3. Black interior is more widely desirable and will make for an easier sale when you're ready to get rid of it.
