Hey everyone whatsup I just bought my first Z and I picked her up today.
I am from Toronto area in Canada, I got a 2006 Black Base 6MT. I had been looking for a few months, it was next to impossible to find a black 6MT around here so when I found it I jumped on it. KM's are a bit high, but hey, fingers crossed she lasts. I maintain my cars extremely well.
I wish the weather was a bit nicer for my first day with her
Here is some pics of the beauty:
(Yes I went from a Cobalt to a Z...best life decision ever!)
Car looks good, update the tails! but good luck and welcome to the boards!
Its the Cobalt SS Supercharged. But I am 6 foot 4 and the Cobalt is sized for a person with midget legs. I fit much nicer in the Z.
And what do you mean by update the tails? I was considering smoking them.

Yeah thats what I am thinking to, mostly just worried about the engine though. She runs great and strong, but reading all those oil consumption things has me worried lol

Okay good to hear, its just unfortunate most people only post up when they have a problem so it ends up looking like the majority have problems, when usually that is not the case.
Yeah its still a bit cold nasty here in Ontario, but as soon as it dries up/warms up a bit I will be changing all the fluids and all that stuff. Oil is topped up and looks like it was just changed so thats okay for now.
Ohh okay yeah its the LED tails. I don't know about smoking the tails though, just something my not so car crazy friends have suggested that has got me thinking. I just love the look of the car as it is. Nothing crazy happening yet.
