Well guys ive been looking through alot of threads and info most of the afternoon. I have two diesel trucks and an integra and have been reading up on here about the 350z I am a mechanic myself and do all my own work. Heres the deal my bro has a PT Crapper that my parents gave him and its junk and he needs to get rid of it lol. A guy I work with has a 03 350z Touring, blue 97k miles, HIDS, 20" wheels, DVD player, 6spd. He keeps it well maintains and its a great looking car. Hes wanting around $10k for it and from the craiglist research and from the research ive done on here it looks like a good price, but what do yall think.

yea, its well below kelly blue book just figured I would just see other 350z owners thoughts. I havent done a carfax but i know it has a clean title.

Sorta hard for us to say without pics of its condition, video with sound of driveby for engine/tranny/clutch/suspension sounds, maintenance records, current alignment specs, pics of tire wear, blackstone oil test results, car fax details, etc.

If I were you, I'd check those types of things. If you want our advice take pics and videos and gather your info. That's the type of stuff that would help people make a recommendation. If the car's been taken care of and all looks good, that's probably a good deal - but if it's been dogged out by some teenager that street races it and dumps the clutch all of the time, it may not be a good deal.

 

Price seems fair, but more info and pictures would be helpful.

 

are the 20's chrome? tell him to put the stock wheels back on and lower the price

 

Sorry guys Im giving yall all the info I currently have they are black wheels with a chrome lip. I dont think he has the stockers, Ill get some pics and videos and i plan on going out and driving it next week.

If you're confident that it's been taken care of, it has a clean carfax, and passes a basic tech inspection by a mechanic, it sounds good to me.
