My first Z
Hey everyone!
My name is Aaron, Im 22 and i just picked up my first 350z!:)
She is a 2004 Base Model with no mods and only 43k miles.
Clean title
Daytona Blue
6spd manual
I picked her up this weekend from California with 41k miles and drover her all the way back to Minnesota (with no cruise!!) The trip was actually pretty fun tho. While on the way back tho i was in Wyoming, driving in the mountains and when i was going around a curve there was a mule deer on the road. I swerved and missed the deer but ended up scratching the passenger side up a little. So i am getting her fixed this week. It sucked but id rather have the scratches than totaling out the car..
As for mods I am not really looking to do anything this Summer. Just going to driver her and get a feel for the way she handles. Ill probably just do simple things for now if anything. (intake, window tint, tires, maybe some new headers)
I plan on keeping her for a long long time... ha.

Congrats man & welcome to the forum. There is a lot of great info on here & a lot of smart people (a few of us that are smarta$$'s too).
Sorry to hear about the incident during the long drive home, but glad you and the Z are fine.
PS: If you're up for another drive, you ought to check out the ZDayz website - http://www.zdayz.com - it's next month & is a blast.

Nope, it just doesn't have one right now. The guy that owned it before me went to his local mall and came out and it was gone.. Someone unscrewed it and ran i guess.. But i am getting a new one when the car gets the scratches fixed!! Nice eye tho!

When you get ready to replace it, look at getting a shorty. The nicer ones look good and you don't lose all of your reception either. To me, the OEM antenna always looked like a remote control car antenna and didn't fit the style of the car.
I noticed it because from the thumbnail pic, I thought that you already had a shorty. Then, I blew up the pic and was like WTF?
