I'm also doing the headlights using the 3M Kit. I've finished one but I just did it so I have no pictures. Sorry for the delay on pictures... Internets been out at the house so I've only been able to get on at the garage or at my grandparents. ( People around here have been stealing the copper wire from phone lines... :/ ).

awesome progress man!!! that car is going to be brand new soon!

i always wanted to get it repainted. the original owner was from Colorado and as you can see, the sand they put down on the roads in the winter ate the **** outta the hood and front bumper.

SO happy the car went to somebody that is going to take care of it

I will! Thanks alot you guys.

And yeah I saw all of that. At first I thought it was buffing compound cause it was white. ( Someone came to the shop when I was working on my truck and wanted to demonstrate a new kind of compound and they didn't get the excess of and I had white spots on it... ) But yeah bumpers off now it'll be repainted and there was a dent on the drivers side on the bumper? I said... How the hell did he dent this thing lol but I'll heat it up and pull it out.

I never had a ding, dent or anything happen to the car... First owners wife had it while he was deployed overseas in afghanistan and he came back and the dent was in the rear fender (if that's what you're talking about). There wasn't ever a dent in the front bumper however.

Yea, I agree. Z looks good so far. I can't wait to see the finished product. It's funny how excited I am for you lol. I guess I'm living vicariously through you lol. BTW what are your plans for the passenger rear rim? are you planning on replacing the other three rims or leave the one unmatched rim the way it is? Just curious.

No, no no no no no no no! Lol I have the other one coming in this week or next week hopefully, I've already ordered it. And thank ya, haha. I only put the one off the Infiniti outside on it so I could put the spare back in it and put the interior back in.

Alright... Other stuff... I got me license today :] And the car is in the booth now I'm letting it dry... Yes it's painted and cleared I did base went and got my license then cleared it when I got back. So... When I go to the house I might come back up here tonight to take some pictures and post them. :]

So until it's done... I'll be driving the truck around alot.

But yeah... I don't know how much I'm going to get to drive though :/

Thanks man, I will. And yeah I do feel like that because I don't know how long it'll be before I can actually drive alot. :/ But yeah... I don't know... I mean I just see it as if you don't work for what you want then chances are you won't get it. And if you act stupid and don't try and be immature about things then you won't get it... So I just worked my *** off saved up... And bought sfearl's car wrecked :/ and turns out I got a real good deal on it because he took VERY good care of his car and it's really nice. I'm really happy with it... And I actually enjoy doing the car thing so I've been painting and doing body work for a while so yeah! Thanks guys!

LOL if I had a Z at 16 I would have gotten into a lot of trouble haha. I don't think I was as mature as Trey here at that age. Why wouldn't you be able to drive it as much as you want? You have your license... are your parents limiting the amount of time you drive?

Prettttty much... :/ I've only drove 3 times by myself and that was to the garage from school... Only a few miles... Home from the garage yesterday, and to the garage today. AHHHHH
