New 07 Enthusiast (Warning: Long-ish Backstory)
Hello everyone, I'm very happy and proud to finally be a Z owner.
I've been pining over this car for about two years now, finances have always been an issue. I worked as a temporary contractor out of college, so while the money was good, there was no certain long term outlook. After working as a contractor for 1.5 years, one of the VP's told me there was a good chance they would hire me as a full time employee. Thinking I had a job lined up, I started shopping for a Z more seriously.
About a month went by, I was never given a job offer, and was told my contract would be ending at the end of the year. My Z dreams were crushed... I started looking for a new job and despite sending out numerous applications, I was only able to get one interview. I did my research, did mock interviews, and prepared as best as I could. Fortunately, I did really well and was given a job offer the next morning. Needless to say, I accepted it.
After collecting a few paychecks at my new job, I started looking for a Z again and ended up with this 07 Enthusiast. Clean CarFax (I was a little horrified by how many Z's had accidents lol), 100% stock, single owner (51 year old woman), never taken to the track, HR engine, manual, black, the car was perfect. Anyway, it was delivered to me last night, it felt like Christmas 10x (sorry for the horrible pics, Galaxy Nexus FTL).
