Default Bye Bye 240, Hello 350!

Grettings everyone,
I purchased my 240SX in '95 back when I worked at Nissan. 17 years and 412K miles later, she finally bit the dust.

Enter the 350Z. It is a 2006 and has 22K miles on it. A mere baby compared to the old ride. The only thing I keep asking myself is, why in the Hell did you wait so long?!!!??!!?

I'm sort of **** compulsive when it comes to cars and bikes. I didn't do anything special maintenance wise. I just changed the oil every 3K with regular old Castrol GTX. Changed plugs, filters, belts, etc. whenever they needed it. When something broke, I fixed it right away. I replaced the entire suspension front and back along with a new differential at around 300K. It was 90% highway miles. The car was a rattle box, but it was a great car. I have to figure out what I am going to do with it now. I may just sell it as is. I took a picture of it rolling 400 but don't have the death number. I'll have to take another one.

The Z is better in every way except that I see much more of them on the road.

Absolutely amazing how you kept your 14 in such immaculate condition.

Curious though as to how it bit the dust?

your s14 will still sell very well, swaps are so easy on them and you can throw just about anything in there.... SR RB KA LSx you name it, you can make a little track car if you wanted but im sure it would sell within a few days on craigslist if your area is anything like my area

Glad to have you, enjoy the Z!
