Finally decided to post up...

my friend also has a red 08 base 6sp .

The car is a blast to drive compared to my previous car!

 

Lucky man! I'm looking to pick up a 07-08 Z soon to upgrade from my G35. I bet its a blast to drive. Happy Modding!

yeahh, the car is definitely worth it!! a lot of my friends drive genesis', is250/350s, g35s, and the z competes very well against them!

I've been reading the forums 24/7 whenever i can. I plan on coilovers, wheels, i'm not very familiar as to upgrading the handling, sway bars, strut bars? I'm very lost in that area. I could use some help lol.
I wanted to upgrade the car's performance as well as enhancing the sound. I read that majority of the intakes lose power since the stock intake is so well designed. However, the injen,stillen, and k&n filters show some results?
I was thinking about doing a full exhaust set up as well, hfc, pipes, exhaust, tune? still reading!

The stock tone just gave it away ffor me when I first test drove it.

thankss, I wanted one in blue similar to the corolla, but this actually grew on me pretty well~

 

Yea, it was the same for me except I wanted one in white. But the carbon silver really does grown on you over time, and now I'm super happy with my choice.

 

Welcome! I also have a 08 carbon silver Z and I recently added a stillen intake, I have to say it sounds meaner and the power increased slightly.

 

Congrats on the Z, but that picture had me dying.
