From Minnesota
I picked up an 03 350z back in January, so far it's been nothing but drivetrain problems sense I got it and a money pit. Soon as I fix one thing something else goes it's getting old. Didn't realize I bought a car from a drifter who didn't take care of his car and I'm paying for it.
Other then that I enjoy it what little bit I get to drive it. I also have a 07 crown vic and a 00 Kawasaki zx7r.
My name is John Amazi.

Welcome, sorry to hear about the problems.Locals post here so be sure to stop in and say hi.

HiJohn what problems are you having? Is the transmission grinding and maybe being hard to get in gear?
I can't imagine buying a car that was used for drifting way too many problems! Hopefully the clutch is still good..

Thanks SR71 I'll check that out.
Started with the slave cylinder and clutch release bearing, then I did the clutch. The input shaft bearing was replaced, 2 synchros were replaced. Now the car shakes when I release the clutch petal. Was told it was the clutch but **** me I just did it. And the master cylinder is about gone to.

How bad does it shake when you release the clutch, can you feel where the shaking is coming from?
Shaking could mean one of the mounts is going or gone, could be differential/transmission/engine mounts, best way to check is to get her on a lift and find the culprit.
wilwood sells an oem master replacement for about $100
Damn that is never fun, I hate when people sell something with known issues. I bought a Subaru a while back with bad head gaskets. I fixed them then the clutch went.
Let's say I will never buy a used Subaru again.

If you don't like them buy me new ones.
I had a tranny shop work on the transmission. They left the car sat outside for a week and a half with out the tranny in it and it rained like crazy the whole time. So I'm sure cause they did that it probably ruined my brand new clutch. As of the shaking it was really bad at first t even stalled the car out. It got better after I drove it a little bit but it's still not right. They won't fix there **** up under there dollar it's coming out of my pocket again.
**** that sounds like a pain in the ***, sucks that you got it from a drifter, did he disclose that he beat the absolute **** out of the car?
