New used Z in WI
Good day friends! Purchased a 2006 6MT Z Touring over the summer of 2014, after deciding to change it up from the VW scene (previously had a MkV GTI and a MkVI GLI). It's my first legitimate sports car, and first RWD set up. Bought with 26,XXX miles from a guy whose reason for getting rid of it was, and I quote, "Well, I just drive my M3 and Porsche more" (You know the story, Z was stored in a warehouse, wiped down with diaper, etc. Now she's mine!)
Looking forward to the knowledge, mods, and DIYs. I've already registered for Zdayz 2015, and have taken 6 days off of work to enjoy it fully. It'll be my first time on the dragon as well. As it's February in Wisconsin, with 6-8 inches of snow on the ground, the beast is slumbering in the garage right now. As an aside, it's quite encouraging to a new owner to see how many high mileage Zs are out there.
This is a picture of of her the first day I brought her home with the neighbor's dog.
