350z new stereo

I was installing a new Stereo head unit in my car and once the Bose head unit was out I needed to relocate the car before plugging in the new stereo so I did. Once I was done with the install, I start the car and got the above codes. I mention this because I don't know if its coincidence that this happened right after the install of the head unit, which I don't see how it could be, but you never know.but now i smell gas
