I am looking for a 6 speed. This one is a 5AT. Feedback from those with an AT is appreciated.

That's a nice Z.. As far as reliability/durability the 5AT is pretty bulletproof while N/A, but would need some internal modifications when 450+ whp is obtained. Ex: GTM 5AT. I honestly regret getting the automatic. To me it removes the 'fun factor'. It was a hasty buy for me. I've driven stick for years and should've remained with that. But I can just convert it to a 6MT no problem, and I probably will soon.

Man, if that was a manual, I'd be all over that! Not that I need it, but "because it's there."

Oh, don't take that as my condemning an automatic at all, just my preference for 6MT. Looks like a killer buy, so long as YOU'RE OK with auto. trans.

 

Yes, the AT is killing me on this one. BTW, your Stillen Bumper came out pretty good.

That's what I did. TransGo. Definitely made a difference.
