Code u1000 car wont start
okay, I guess you're not going to look it up yourself. you can Google this stuff you know.
unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be a simple error code, it indicates a faulty ECU or perhaps some bad wiring or corrosion. there is a secondary error code that goes with it. that should help narrow down the problem. If you need a new ECU, they're about $300. there's a company that can clone one for you with your car VIN.. hopefully it will be a simpler problem.
