Unhappy My Nismo is at the hospital

Well, I have had my Nismo for a little over a month now and I am sad to say that it is already at the dealership getting worked on. I was driving down the highway and I was downshifting from 6th to 5th gear when I felt something weird with the clutch. I downshifted again to 4th gear and I noticed the clutch was all the way down to the floor. It got very hard to shift from one gear to the other so I turned around and took it straight to the dealership. They looked at it and told me that the their is an issue with the pressure plates and they ordered the parts. Hopefully I will have it back by Thursday but I am sad because my lady is sick

Gah, I talked to them today and now they are saying Friday. They are slammed so I hope it doesn't go beyond the date. I wonder myself if they have diagnosed it wrong as all the other threads on the 07's seem to be different issues than what I am having according to what they are telling me.

Sorry for taking long to reply it has been a hectic month. I got the car back, it was actually the slave cylinder that had gone out. By the way be warned with the lifts they use. Because the car is so low they pinched one of my sideskirts and it has a buldge now. They are waiting for the part to be available so that they can fix it, so be careful.

Yea when I put my car on the list, it got real close to the lift points, so you really have to be careful. We actually had to lift the rear up with a jack to even get the car up on the lift.

Yes but I had to throw a ***** fit about it. The guy initially wanted to keep my car for a week and said he could provide me a loaner for two days. I told him this was unacceptable. I spoke to the manager, which happens to be a friend, really cool guy and they hooked me up for the whole time the car was in the shop.

Another pet peeve I had too is when I gave them the car it was VERY clean. When I got it back I guess they let it sit outside for all those days and it was covered in dirt and rain. I don't expect them to store it in doors but it would be nice to get the car back the way I handed it to them.
