Wife would be more accepting on the GTR than the Z since it has a back seat. She likes the g35/G37 but I prefer the Z since it is more of a sports car. I would wait anyway to get a GTR in 2010 let the kinks get out.

 

If I were in your shoes, I'd get a nismo, just because it's established that the nismo is an awesome performer, it's collectable, and because there's always gonna be something newer around the corner. Unless of course the 09 turns out to have a TT 3.7 HR or something crazy that you just can't ignore.

 

It is very tempting, Jones Junction just got a Red one Looks great. I am going to have to deliberate-----I will hear a lot of **** if I do just want to make sure it is right. I waited this long and I am ready. I just went onto Nissan news and got the price on a GTR -- 69000 for base, 71500 for premium w/out dealer mark up! Too much for me so I am sticking with the Z.

 

if you're not in a hurry then wait for news on the 09. im sure within the next half year you will already know how the 09 will be (if not sooner). if you dont like it then go with a nismo. this way you wont regret buying a nismo in the event that the 09 is better.

 

Personally I will probably get a 2010 Z. But I would definitely wait for an 09 over the current Z's.

 

nationwide has a black one for 35940.00 07. I may go look at it

 

Save more, and get SkyLine. =)

Hello I am new to this forum and I just got my silver 2008 nismo. So far I love it. Just remember you can only stay ahead of the curve for so long. I bought it 10 days ago and I out 300 mies on it and I feel guilty:-)

 

Really... In 5 years it would be time for a new car anyway.
