I think it is a universal tow hook that was fabricated to the car. I haven't seen any application specific tow hooks to the NISMO Z.

Yes, it is an ARC diff oil cooler.

Looks like ARC offers 2 diff oil coolers. A normal diff oil cooler and also a kit called "mission oil cooler pro choice kit".
