color code of the aero parts?
I am at the dealer to get the side skirt on my nismo replaced. They told me the color code is G41. Does anyone know if thats correct?
I can't believe I am even here after they broke this last month. Let's pray they won't break something else today
Well the saga continues; the color code is the black (I hope), the side skirt turned out the be the sill from the regular Z. The mechanic didn't even see it. I saw it through the visitors window and stopped him before he could have started taking the car apart. Plus the newly painted part had already all kind of scratches. Man I am really frustrated. Is this the service you can expect at Nissan? No one apologized, nothing! They even complained how some guy would be mad now. Why would anyone discuss something like that in front of a customer? What a sad example for bad customer service. I think I am going to call customer relations, does anyone have the number?

I feel your pain man. That sucks.
After my dealership crove mine into their lift and effed up my front bumper, the guy actually complained to me about how much he had to spend to get it fixed.
Classy, no?

the story continues....
Dealer ordered wrong part, part for a regular Z
I had to stop mechanic from taking old part off the car.
few weeks later right part is here, they put it on the car and tell me it is all set. I look......
the rubber seal between car and sill is not there.
I can stick almost a finger in the cap. When I told the mechanic about it, he says : "It's not my fault", wow!!!! I guess it must be mine. Service manager was no help either. They order the rubber now.
I can't believe it.
I called Customer service to complain.
What can I do? I am almost afraid to have them put the rubber in, maybe next time they replace my engine with one from a RX8?

I feel your pain. I have tried both the Ira Nissan of Tewksberry and Kelly Nissan of Lynn/Lynnfield (the one on route one) and they both suck.
The only reason I go there is so I can have all my matience tracked, if I sell the car some day.
In Melrose there is a guy who specializes in Honda's and Acura's and can do everything for them, but he is not a dealer. I wonder if there is someone like that for Nissan/Infiniti. I am so sick of the Nissan dealerships, they are really terrible.
My family owns 2 Acura's and we go to the Acura of Peabody on 114 and the service is excellent. All the employees seem generally happy and the most amazing thing about it is.... They actually fix the problem you came in for. INCREDIBLE!
If you find a good Nissan Dealer around the Boston area let me know, Its worth the time and gas to find some where I can trust.
P.S. They know nothing about the Nismo. Half of them don't even realize Nissan makes the car!
