Yeah you can lease cars here which is essentially renting it by paying off the expected depreciation + profit for the dealer. Only really makes sense if you want/need a new car every couple of years.

Personally I've never leased, seems like renting, which I hated doing.

I stopped believing what people say online personally. Too much over exaggerating... but then again I love calling out BS.
