Had a little mini-meet at the local "spot". One of the guy's had a Nismo and offered to take me for a ride. Needless to say his driving was a little too "spirited" for the corners.

I just watched that movie today.
I think its a major pain in the *** to fix the car once the airbags deploy.
It sucks that happened, but its good to see how much protection in they way of airbags the Nismo offers over some of the other models. Make me feel a little safer
also the fact that both wheels came off but the body looks still looks like its in perfect shape is amazing

Yeah, the body was remarkably unharmed. The front tire folding under the car, pushed the fender back a little was the only damage. I just met the driver last night, saw him around town a few times that was it. He seemed to not know too much about the Z and was lost as to what mods were availiable for the Nismo. I directed him toward this site and explain to him the level of knowledge here. So you guys may a have a new Nismo member checking in, be easy on him.
