Default 531-down

Had a little mini-meet at the local "spot". One of the guy's had a Nismo and offered to take me for a ride. Needless to say his driving was a little too "spirited" for the corners.

If your airbag deploys doesnt some insurance companies consider your vehicle totaled?

I think its a major pain in the *** to fix the car once the airbags deploy.

It sucks that happened, but its good to see how much protection in they way of airbags the Nismo offers over some of the other models. Make me feel a little safer

also the fact that both wheels came off but the body looks still looks like its in perfect shape is amazing

Yeah, the body was remarkably unharmed. The front tire folding under the car, pushed the fender back a little was the only damage. I just met the driver last night, saw him around town a few times that was it. He seemed to not know too much about the Z and was lost as to what mods were availiable for the Nismo. I directed him toward this site and explain to him the level of knowledge here. So you guys may a have a new Nismo member checking in, be easy on him.

I bet you the guy driving was only doing 10 or 15 miles an hour and the car just exploded.
