Default So does anyone else find this to be false advertising???

I was digging around Ebay and found this earlier. Looks to me like another stealership trying to take advantage of the young and naive to me, whats your thoughts?

I messaged them as well but have yet to receive a response. Maybe we should just bombard them with messages until they fix it before some poor uneducated fool gets had...........

LOL, It's a Ghetto Nismo. Base model 350Z with few nismo after market parts. New lower standard in stealership has been set.

This is fawking horrible how they can post this crap when they have to know that they are taking full advantage of a potential buyer. Obviously, it is not a NISMO. Anything that is "NISMO" to include the oil and radiator caps, and all that other crap with stickers on it holds a minimal value and shouldn't even be listed. I don't see ANYTHING from Bulletproof Automotive on that car. There are no "Performance Parts" on that Z, as the NISMO CAI probobly caused a slight loss in power in that HR. Not to mention, the mileage is stated as 550 when in fact the gauge reads 679 miles. This is clearly a suckers deal for 30 grand.

OP please do let us know what they say, I am curious to say the least. You would expect to have more trust in a legitimate Nissan dealership at best to post this kind of trash.

S-tune in this case would be referring to the NISMO CAI.

They replied to me and said it was all listed under additional parts and they are not trying to advertise the car as something it is not. Did I miss something or does it not say "Nismo Series" in the ad title and advertisement? It is almost worth saving all the literature on the ad, purchasing the car and driving it straight to an attorneys office. I know, kinda extreme but would be fun. I hate to see people get taken advantage of like this........It makes me angry!!!!

im not as mad at the listing, because theyve done the majority of the nismo parts, and its technically the most nismo a z could get before they released the actual nismo z. what really upsets me is they are probably entering the car under "nismo" trim, meaning its giving them a price and catagory of the rare actual nismo, ill bet their reserve is no lower than 29k, maybe even higher, when all of us know aftermarket mods lessen a cars value to a degree, so in all reality they sould be happy if it sells for the same price an unmodified z in the same trim, most likely enthusiast. whats worse than that you dont even get the stock parts, wheels, intake, exhaust. sorry to whoever pays that kind of money, bidding is up to 25k! (which is a great price to sell for imo, and its still not out of reserve)

well lets just hope that whoever is looking to buy a nismo and comes across this one has done their homework, it would be so funny if a couple weeks down the line someone makes a post saying they just got a nismo and this is what comes up lol.
