but most insurance systems say that if the repair of the damage costs more than 50% of the car's price... they give u a new car, or the funds for a new car...
Coming from a body man/painter It's hard to tell from the pics but I'd say there is a 90% chance it is TOTALLED. If I were you and it is totalled I would take out the NISMO plaque and keep it for the memories.

Depends on the insurance company, but they typically total if cost to repair is ~80% of the car's value.
And they don't just give you a new car, but rather offer you "actual cash value."

Yea I have full coverage, pretty much everyone I know says its totalled. I already found a replacement nismo in sioux falls South Dakota, #0037.
