Cool thread. Anymore pics or a link to the thread with the tanabe super medalion?

I always thought that exhaust would look good with the Nismo rear bumper.

I'm the one with the red nismo with the X02 exhaust. I have added the magnaflow x pipe, and here are two videos. I recommend using headphones to listen to them, as the FLIP camera I was using doesnt articulate the sound very well, especially when the sounds get louder (I think the camera tones down very loud nices. sounds really good tho! especially since I installed the x pipe

Unfortunately, what I have posted is all I have been able to find over the year I've owned the car. I made this thread because of the lack of photos available showing an aftermarket exhaust tucked under our rear fascia. I mean, if you are spending 1K+ on an exhaust, it might as well look good! I was also hoping to spread the word in order to add the the photo library.

There are too many videos out there showing what these exhausts sound like. Plus they will all sound the same, so long as you have the VQ35HR. The sole purpose of this thread is to show what aftermarket exhausts look like with our rear fascia.

Thanks, I will update the description!

Wow, you have to be like the only NISMO owner with that exhaust. Sick, but even at $6k that is a ton of money for pipes.

Please post, or link us to bigger pictures.

Default My exhaust

Hey,

Sorry the pic isn't that great, but its the only one where you can actually see a little bit of the exhaust under the back. I have Magnaflow mufflers and HFCs, and they are actually up under the car in a true dual setup. So this is honestly just about muffler placement; not brand. Sounds absolutely ferocious!

There is no reason an exhaust should cost over 3K for a 30-40K sports car, Im sorry, even it is full titanium the price should be below 3500.

Brother has JIC single Ti exhaust on his Nismo, just got in the berk test pipes and COBB access port. Should be going together sometime in the next few weeks.

JIC (single) is probably the best sounding exhaust out there for the 350z. Brother had to wait 6 months to get his, JIC USA sent him the wrong exhaust and then took another 3 months to get his correct exhaust in. Horrible customer service.
