How are you liking the IS-F? Interesting to see you have that AND an M3...not often you see people owning such directly competitive cars.

 

As much as the two cars are compared, they are completely different.

What I love about the IS-F:
After a hard day if I want a quiet luxury car with smooth shifting gearbox, I have it. I can also stomp on it and there is no denying the torque and its ability to haul ***. I have not driven a car that shifts faster....not the new PDK, SMG or DSG. The gauges with the blue needles are cool. And of course the quality is beyond reproach.....no new flashes needed, no sensors going bad, no orange peel in the paint, no rattles. It is 2 years old now! (I probably just jinxed myself)

What I do not like:
No LSD....at this price it should have one, not just use the electronics to simulate it. (The 2010s do)
The hump on the nose squeezing in the V8.
The dash material. The only part in the interior I do not like.
Harsh suspension (rebound sucks)
Too much understeer when pushed hard. Turn-in not that great.

I think that it is a great first attempt from Lexus, but yes, there is room for improvement.
