I have 08 Nissan 350 Z Nismo with 16k miles. Yesterday my clutch went out on me & I'm told that it's not covered under warranty. I am an experienced driver & have not abused the clutch...have there been similar problems you know of or can you lend some insite into this very troubling matter. Thanks

 

1. Little point in hiding this in the NISMO forum: a clutch is a clutch. Do some research on the Clutch Slave Cylinder.

did you take it to gun nissan?? if so lol good luck on getting warrenty. if you have had your clutch pedal stick from csc then you could use that as a reason y your clutch went out early. Take it to JSM on judson, talk to there infinity mechanic there see what he can do for ya.

Also, reason y they cant warrenty because it a wear and tear item. ex. like break pads, tires, and rotors.
