Welcome. The nismo is a nice car. I also came from AWD family (Subaru WRX) and got an 07 HR. It's a fun car for sure, it's just more expensive to mod the Z lol. Harder to get power too. GL with your new ride.

 

Yeah i would say the cost for evo xs and 350s are similar. Turbo kits are definately more, but hey an engine build is a engine build ya know, as far as cost.

 

what a down grade.. i would have any EvoX over a Z, but then again I love boost and awd.

 

go get the sst evo x, then get back to me. Not a downgrade for VIR.

 

it will be boosted soon enough, i think a twincharger kit if possible would be nasty.

 

oh and there are alot more then 1500 evos haha

Launching in the MR can be kinda tricky. I think comparing the Evo to the NISMO is like apples to oranges. No EVOs get the attention like the NISMO does. Performance wise the EVO is pretty impressive, but I really think it is lacking in the looks dept.

The noise is clutch/flywheel chatter, not the throwout bearing... for the record, it's normal.

 

EVO MR is fun, but ..... way to many problems in stock form, and one hell of a money pit when modded.
