I know you said it wasn't installed 100% correctly, but what purpose is it doing bolted on TOP of the bumper instead of under it??

The only benefit I see is cooling. Also, can you confirm that this will work UNDER the stock plastic peice??

It would fit under the plastic if you put all the clips on the bumper part instead of the metal, but then it would be hanging down and would suck a lot of air on top of the shroud. Why are you wanting to do it that way?

Received yesterday just finish installing it. Excellent craftsmanship cost me only 1/5 comparing to the $617 shipped stock nismo diffuser.

Just installed mine. As others have been saying, very solid construction and perfect fitment. It is designed to fit aftermarket oil pans/spacers and larger sway bars (plenty of room up in there), so you do lose a little ground clearance.

I purchased the silver under-shroud from Zspeedperformance.com, I wanted to get the V3 piece. When I spoke to Joe about the item, "he clearly stated that V3 piece is flat, thus not allowing the contours of the stock piece to serve it's actual purpose.

Not sure what you mean by "Serve it's purpose" The piece just fills the gap between the bumper and the stock or our engine pan. Not much other purpose there. Ours just does not lip over the front of the bumper like the stock piece does but the bumper is contoured the same regardless so it doesn't make much difference, if any, in aero.
