Cool! Looks great! I'll have a similar story to post soon.
Mod list sounds good, would probably suggest keeping the stock HR y-pipe over the Nismo.
Are you planning on doing any suspensions upgrades?

I do but right now will need to do brakes/tires and a couple more mods to install before I get coilovers since the nismo suspension feels solid at the moment. Nismo S tune y pipe flows better and I believe is bigger diameter then the HR y pipe.

Honestly not much, got it more for the vents and look. But carbon hatch is next and that will make a big difference.
