Hey guys I have a 350z de auto and has a turbo kit I’m pretty sure the starter was swapped to the right side and there is just a open hole where it would go is there a plate I can get to cover it up do I need to and could it be the reason there’s trans fluid/miscellaneous fluid all over my undercarriage.

 

There's a factory plate that bolts to the transmission with 2 bolts that keeps dust/debris out. It just exposes the inside of the bellhousing, there's no fluid in there
