Haven't seen a "set" number, but Nissan has a limp mode protect setup that reduces max RPM if the oil hits 280 degrees.

Mine routinely goes to 240, and pushes up to 250 if I'm running it hard. I even ran 250 on a nasty rainy day, but got stuck in stop & go traffic. Outside temps were in the 60's. I've read that oil temps relax somewhat after you get some miles on the car - elsewhere on this forum I believe.

I've got a tick over 1,000 miles on mine, and just had the oil changed to Royal Purple.
