NOS vs. NX???
What do you all prefer, I have heard good things about NX. But im getting a way better deal with a NOS kit. Anyone have experience with NOS wet nitrous kits?
NOS has been around longer and they seem to be pretty good. NX however in my opinion is far superior, for one I love their customer service, their kit puts out at the wheel not at the crank as nos.
their technology is simply more advanced.
I would 100% go with NX anytime

if i were buying a nitrous kit for a 69 camaro or something with a carb i would choose NOS... but as far as new technology and customer service i would recommend NX. they helped me with questions and I have a ZEX kit.

NOS is nice, i used to run their kits way back in the day on my old honda. But the new NX kits are nicer IMO. The nozzles and jets NX uses are more accurate when it comes to power. for example: a NOS 70 shot kit may be lucky to pull 45-50 hp, while a 70 hp NX kit will dyno at just about that give or take a few hp. This doesn't mean that NOS kits are bad, it's just that they system NOS uses to distinguish what "shot" a kit has is not the same as NX. An NX nozzle flows tremendously better than an average nos one. Just a different design. If you want more power from the nos kit, they you just get a bigger flare jet. It's all just a difference in the measurement each company uses.
Both will do the same thing, the NX kit though seems nicer for the money. NOS has the same if not better parts, and the knowledge from decades of experience, but you have to pay more to get those parts to match up to a basic NX kit.
